Keystone Quality Transport is committed to providing the best possible service to our customers. Understanding the expectations of our customers and developing systems of service delivery to consistently meet and exceed these expectations is our goal. Our customers include the individuals: All patients and passengers in our vehicles; all family and friends of the patients and passengers; all personnel at the sending or recieving locations.
"Quality" is an all-encompassing concept that must be reflected in every aspect of our business in order to satisfy our customers. Personal appearance, professional behavior, vehicle appearance and maintenance, personnel training, vehicle scheduling, are all essential components to the Keystone Quality Transport's service delivery system. All personnel are empowered to work as a team to continually improve our collective performance to our customers.
